Activities

• Autumn 2004- The site is marked out in September, ground is broken in October, building of observatory starts on 3rd November.
• Spring 2005- Observatory is roofed in April whereupon finishing construction works start, lasting through September.
• August 2005- In late August the dome of 4 m in diameter is installed, manufactured by MSX of Domžale, Slovenia.
• December 2005- Object is ready for operation; final preparative works for technical survey and acquirement of operating permit.
• January 2006- Following a techical survey the long-awaited operating permit was obtained on 11th January whereby the observatory is ready for operation.
• June 2006 – Meeting of members of Slovenian astronomical forum
• August and September 2006 – Astronomical workshops with cooperation of Astronomical society »Kmica« and Ministry of university education, science and tehnology
• 2007 - Astronomical workshops with cooperation of Astronomical society »Kmica« and Ministry of university education, science and tehnology
• April 2008 - Third meeting of members of Slovenian astronomical forum Astronom.si
• May 2009 - Fourth meeting of members of Slovenian astronomical forum Astronom.si
• June 2010 - Fifth meeting of members of Slovenian astronomical forum Astronom.si
• August 2011 - Sixth meeting of members of Slovenian astronomical forum Astronom.si
• September 2012 - Seventh meeting of members of Slovenian astronomical forum Astronom.si
